Become a TOOLS FOR LIFE sponsor - support apprentices in Senegal
Support the training of apprentices at the Don Bosco vocational school in Thies, Senegal, by becoming a TOOLS FOR LIFE sponsor. With your help, we promote skilled trades and give young people better prospects for the future.
Your commitment as a sponsor:
- You pay 70% of the training costs, while the apprentice pays 30% as their own contribution.
- 20.45 per month (equivalent to €245.4 per year)
- With this contribution, you help to ensure that apprentices can complete their training in the fields of building electrics, photovoltaics, electrical engineering, electromechanics, general mechanics and carpentry.

Training qualifications using the example of electromechanics:
- CAP (Certificat d'Aptitude Professionnelle): Basic qualification in electricity and general mechanics.
- BEP (Brevet d'Etudes Professionnelles): Intermediate qualification in electricity and general mechanical engineering.
- BT-I (Brevet de Technicien - Industriel): Higher-level qualification in electrical engineering and electromech
- The following trades are currently being trained at the vocational school (plumbing is currently being set up): Building electrics, photovoltaics, electrical engineering, electromechanics, general mechanics, carpentry.
