Out HERO 2024
Since 2014, the TOOLS FOR LIFE Foundation's HERO Award has honoured people and organisations that have achieved great things through their efforts. For the year 2024, first place goes to the Guardian Public School in Pakistan.
Why the Guardian Public School?
In Pakistan, education - especially for girls - is often not a matter of course. The Guardian Public School works tirelessly to ensure that children have access to education and therefore have a better future ahead of them. Their work changes lives and creates prospects!

An award for exceptional commitment
The donations collected will go directly to the winner of this year's HERO Award, who will be honoured in December for their outstanding commitment in the areas of sustainability, education, development aid and environmental protection.
The HERO Award is nominated by the employees of the Rothenberger Group and honours a person who has made a special commitment to the foundation goals of TOOLS FOR LIFE.
With the HERO Award, we want to emphasise the commitment of heroic personalities who have a positive impact on society and the environment with their projects and initiatives. The award stands for responsibility, sustainability and the endeavour to make the world a better place.

The donations for the HERO Award 2024 come from our ‘Donations instead of gifts’ campaign. In doing so, we are sending a clear signal of social responsibility and sustainable support.
