Congratulations to the KTEV! Frankfurter Rundschau integration prize for outstanding commitment to sport
Congratulations to the Kelkheimer Tennis- und Eissportverein e.V. (KTEV) on winning the Frankfurter Rundschau Integration Award! KTEV was honoured for its extraordinary ‘Tennis for All’ initiative, which was launched in cooperation with the TOOLS FOR LIFE Foundation. This initiative makes a valuable contribution to the sporting integration of disadvantaged young people and thus creates a strong symbol for inclusion and community.
Tennis for All: sporting integration for all young people
‘Tennis for All’ is a pioneering initiative aimed at disabled, refugee and low-income young people. The aim of the initiative is to give these young people the opportunity to get to grips with tennis in a supportive and inclusive environment. The young people not only experience the sport, but also the cohesion and community that the sport provides.
Tennis is intended to break down barriers and boost young people's self-confidence. The TOOLS FOR LIFE Foundation made a conscious decision to support this project together with the KTEV, as sport offers an excellent opportunity to promote integration and bring people from different social and cultural backgrounds together.

The Integration Award is not only a milestone for KTEV, but also a sign of the importance of inclusion in sport. We at the TOOLS FOR LIFE Foundation are proud to work with KTEV to help create an inclusive and supportive community.
This award shows that inclusion and community are possible through sport and that every young person, regardless of background or social challenges, has the right to participate and succeed.
