Integration no Separation
Integration is a key concern at TOOLS FOR LIFE and the ROTHENBERGER Group. To this end, the ‘Integration no Separation’ project was launched in 2021. Its aim is to actively promote the integration and appreciation of people with disabilities in the workplace. The managers and employees want to set an example for the integration of all people, regardless of their gender, origin or physical impairments or special characteristics. One of the planned campaigns is the international ‘Help Day’, which takes place annually. On this day, ROTHENBERGER employees get involved in selected social projects.
Help Day
The worldwide ROTHENBERGER HELP DAY takes place every year on the weekend around 25 May.
Based on our ‘Integration no Separation’ initiative, the locations of the ROTHENBERGER Group support charitable organisations in a variety of ways. Annual social commitment and integration as part of our responsibility.
Our commitment includes support for integration of all kinds. This includes social organisations and institutions as well as educational support for children and young people.
