At ROTHENBERGER Benelux
On Rothenberger Help Day, a day of action organised by the Tools for Life Foundation, Rothenberger employees got to work in Rivierenhof Park, Belgium, to make the environment cleaner and more liveable. With the support of the Province of Antwerp, 25 dedicated colleagues took part in the rubbish collection campaign between 12:30 and 14:30.
During the two-hour clean-up operation, the volunteers collected an estimated 25 to 35 kilograms of waste that had accumulated along the park paths and in the green areas. The team collected everything from plastic waste and paper to all kinds of small rubbish that would have polluted nature and detracted from the beauty of the popular recreational area.
A sustainable commitment to the community
The campaign benefits everyone: less pollution in Rivierenhof Park and a greater awareness of environmental protection. All visitors to the park
of the park benefit from the tidy surroundings, and the Help Day has once again sensitised the volunteers to the importance of their commitment.
A strong team for a good cause
A special highlight was the joint final photo, which showed the participants
after their successful work. This campaign emphasises Rothenberger's social commitment and the central role of environmental and community projects within the company.
